Workspace Access & Partner Authorization Policy
Last updated: March 25, 2026
This Workspace Access & Partner Authorization Policy explains how third-party partners, consultants, or service providers may access and manage Workspaces within the Content Flight platform.
This policy applies to all users of the Content Flight platform and supplements the Content Flight Terms of Service.
1. Workspace Ownership
Each Workspace within the Content Flight platform is controlled by the account that created the Workspace or by the account designated as the Workspace administrator.
The Workspace administrator is responsible for managing access permissions and determining which users may access the Workspace.
Content Flight does not determine or manage internal access relationships between users within a Workspace.
2. Partner and Third-Party Access
Workspace administrators may grant access to third-party partners, consultants, contractors, or other service providers (“Partners”) to assist with managing content, publishing workflows, or platform usage.
When access is granted, those Partners may view, edit, manage, or publish content within the Workspace based on the permissions assigned to them.
Partners act as authorized representatives of the Workspace administrator while they have access to the Workspace.
3. Authorization of Partner Actions
By granting access to a Partner, the Workspace administrator authorizes that Partner to take actions within the Workspace on the administrator’s behalf.
Actions taken by an authorized Partner within the Workspace will be treated as actions taken by the Workspace administrator.
Content Flight is not responsible for verifying the authority of any Partner granted access to a Workspace.
4. Responsibility for Granting and Revoking Access
Workspace administrators are solely responsible for:
- granting access to Partners
- managing permission levels
- monitoring Partner activity
- removing Partner access when a relationship ends
If a Workspace administrator no longer wishes a Partner to have access, the administrator must remove that Partner from the Workspace.
Content Flight is not responsible for removing Partner access or resolving disputes regarding access permissions.
5. Partner and Client Disputes
Content Flight is not a party to agreements between users and their Partners and does not mediate disputes between them.
Any disputes regarding services, compensation, content management, or platform usage between a Workspace administrator and a Partner must be resolved directly between those parties.
Content Flight will not determine which party should have access to a Workspace or its content.
6. Content Ownership
User-generated content within a Workspace belongs to the user or organization that created or uploaded that content, subject to the rights granted under the Content Flight Terms of Service.
Granting a Partner access to a Workspace does not transfer ownership of content to that Partner.
7. Removal of Partner Access
Workspace administrators may remove Partner access at any time through the platform’s access controls.
Once access is removed, the Partner will no longer be able to view or manage the Workspace unless access is granted again.
Content Flight is not responsible for retaining or providing Workspace access to Partners after removal.
8. Platform Neutrality
Content Flight provides a software platform that enables collaboration between users and Partners.
Content Flight does not provide partner services, marketing services, or content management services and does not supervise or control how Partners use the platform.
9. Policy Updates
Content Flight may update this Workspace Access & Partner Authorization Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
