Content Flight LLC (“Content Flight,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using our platform.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Content Flight platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect information such as:

  • account login credentials

Workspace and Platform Data

When using the Platform, you may upload or generate content within your Workspace. This may include:

  • text content
  • images
  • video or audio files
  • transcripts
  • documents used to generate content
  • social media drafts or scheduled posts

Social Media Authorization Data

If you connect social media accounts to the Platform, we may receive information necessary to enable publishing functionality. This may include:

  • authorization tokens
  • account identifiers
  • basic profile information permitted by the connected platform

Content Flight does not receive or store social media passwords when OAuth-based connections are used.

Usage Data

We may collect information about how users interact with the Platform, including:

  • browser type
  • device information
  • IP address
  • pages accessed
  • actions performed within the Platform
  • system performance data

This information helps us improve the Platform.

2. How We Use Information

Content Flight may use collected information to:

  • provide and operate the Platform
  • create and manage user accounts
  • process subscription payments
  • generate and manage content within Workspaces
  • enable publishing to connected social media accounts
  • provide customer support
  • improve Platform functionality and performance
  • analyze usage trends
  • prevent fraud or abuse of the Platform
  • comply with legal obligations

3. AI and Platform Improvement

Content Flight may use anonymized and aggregated usage data to improve the performance, reliability, and functionality of the Platform, including artificial intelligence features.

This data does not include personally identifiable information or confidential customer content unless explicitly authorized by the user.

Content Flight does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

4. Partner Workspace Access

Customers may grant access to their Workspace to third-party agencies, consultants, or service providers (“Partners”).

When a customer grants such access, those Partners may view, edit, or manage content within the Workspace.

Content Flight does not control the relationship between customers and their Partners and is not responsible for how Partners use information within the Workspace.

Customers are responsible for granting and revoking Partner access.

5. Sharing of Information

Content Flight does not sell personal information.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers and Subprocessors

Content Flight may share information with trusted third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) that assist in operating and delivering the Platform. These providers may process information on our behalf in order to support services such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, artificial intelligence services, communications, infrastructure management, and customer support.

These service providers are authorized to process information only as necessary to perform services for Content Flight and are required to maintain appropriate privacy and security protections. Additionally, service providers are contractually required to process information only in accordance with Content Flight’s instructions and applicable privacy laws.

A list of subprocessors may be made available to customers upon reasonable request.

Legal Requirements

Content Flight may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request.

Business Transfers

If Content Flight is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Content Flight stores information necessary to operate the Platform and provide services to users.

If a user cancels their subscription or terminates their account, Workspace data may be retained for up to thirty (30) days to allow for account restoration or data recovery.

After this retention period, Content Flight may permanently delete user data.

Users are responsible for maintaining copies of important content stored on the Platform.

7. Data Security

Content Flight uses commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information.

However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that Content Flight cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as social media platforms or analytics providers.

Content Flight does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the privacy policies of those services.

9. Cookies and Analytics

The Content Flight website and Platform may use cookies or similar technologies to:

  • improve user experience
  • analyze site usage
  • remember user preferences
  • support authentication and security

Users may adjust browser settings to disable cookies, although certain features of the Platform may not function properly without them.

10. User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • the right to access your personal information
  • the right to correct inaccurate information
  • the right to request deletion of personal information

11. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. Content Flight does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Content Flight may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make significant changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice through the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
